This is what I've been missing! and you're right, I've taken a bunch of real estate investing courses and this is what they're missing.

I definitely don't want to be an AFW. I took a bunch of notes and have a question about my marketing plan. I'm thinking about one of my strategies being bandit signs. Any suggestions??
