Shannon_BynesWelcome back for Part 3 in MustKnowInvesting.com’s series, “The Best and Brightest Women in Real Estate Investing!”

New to the series? If so, start with the introduction.

This week, I’m super excited to have Shae Bynes – investor, blogger at Good Faith Investing, and Private Money Blueprint student – with us. You may remember her from the recent post, “3 Private Money Lenders in 49 Days.”

Shae’s seriously kicking some butt these days getting private money, closing deals, and has a growing fan club over on her blog. In other words, she’s gettin’ it done!

But, she didn’t get to where she is today without going through the school of hard knocks.

So listen close. Shae’s got a story to tell ya. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

3 Private Money Lenders in 49 Days – Shae Bynes Gettin’ it DONE!

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

Private_Money_Dollar_SignHow would having private money – cash funding to buy property – help your business right now? Would that change everything for you? Would that open up an entire new realm of opportunities?

Well, it did for one of our Private Money Blueprint students.

Shae Bynes, of Good Faith Investing, has created what we like to call, “Private Money Momentum”. And it’s a beautiful thing!

It ‘took her a minute” (in her words) to get private money … but once she roped in 1 private lender, it only took 49 days to get 2 more.

We chat with our students a good bit through Twitter and Facebook. Check out her tweet below about getting her first private lender …

Shae_Bynes_Twitter

And exactly 49 days later, Shae updates us over on Facebook …

Shae_Facebook_Update

A quick shout out to Mike Henninger, of The Tattooed Investor, for saying, “PMBP rules!!!”

Thanks dude :-)

Big Congrats to Shae for following the Blueprint and getting private money.

If you want to connect with her, here are links to her Facebook and Twitter.

Catch ya later,

~ Patrick

… aka P-Rid

P.S. – If you’re still struggling to close deals in today’s market because you don’t have a way to finance your deals, plug into the Private Money Blueprint System. Many other smart investors already have.

** These private money results are not typical. The “average” person doesn’t take any action, and therefore, gets no private money.

2009: A Year in the Life of MustKnowInvesting.com

Year in the life 2009 MustKnowInvesting.comWow! It sure is amazing how time flies, isn’t it?

Sooooo much has happened in only a year …

2009 Kicked off with the Creative Real Estate Solutions in Today’s Market Video Series, then MustKnowInvesting.com turned 1, Trevor Mauch and I launched our Private Money Blueprint System (Holy Cow! What an Undertaking!), the Battle of the REI Blogs, and MUCH MORE.

Thank goodness I decided to get my butt out of bed this past weekend and go to church. That’s where I got the idea to do this post because they put together a “year in review” video with all the highlights of 2009. So, I thought it would be really cool to do a post called …

A Year in the Life of MustKnowInvesting.com

Let’s just jump right in … here we go …

The “Creative Real Estate Solutions in Today’s Market” Video Series

We kicked off the year in January with the Creative Real Estate Solutions in Today’s Market video series (over 2 1/2 hours of solid content). It was a 5 part in depth video series on wholesaling, private money, subject tos, owner financing, and much more. And at the end of the series, we took on a very limited number of students in our mentoring program.

One of those students, Justin Wilmot, a twenty somthin’ self proclaimed surfer dude from Florida, had quite the year; he closed his first wholesale deal, locked up a million dollar credit line through a private money lender, and closed his first rehab deal. To say Justin’s life will never be the same would be quite the understatement.

7 Anybody-Can-Do-It Strategies for Networking Your Way to Wealth

Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009

In today’s post, Shae Bynes of Good Faith Investing shares some tips with us on networking your way to wealth …

Networking_Real_Estate_InvestingHave you ever heard the saying “Your network is greater than your net worth”? I’m a firm believer in this statement. It’s been frequently noted by top success and goal experts that working collaboratively with others and establishing strong relationships is absolutely vital to achieve your goals in a faster and smarter way.

I recognize that some of you may be groaning right now and saying to yourself “I’m too shy and reserved”, “I’m a new investor and don’t want to say something stupid”, or “Networking is for schmoozers and salespeople.” You’re wrong.

The truth is that you develop relationships naturally with people all of the time (whether you consider it networking or not) and with a little forethought you can learn to intentionally build key relationships that will take your business to the next level and help others reach their goals at the same time!
