I grabbed dinner with Mark Walters recently at a real estate investing conference and had to whip out the Flip Cam. Mark shared a killer tip on finding wholesale buyers, and I had to get it with ya.

Sooooo, come join us as we enjoy some delicious crab legs and burritos :-)

Action Summary

1) Download Firefox

Firefox is a web browser like Internet Explorer. The reason that you need to download Firefox is because the free screen capture video tool is an add-on to Firefox.

If, for whatever reason, you don’t want to download Firefox, a great program that tons of people use is Camtasia. It costs some moolah but is a great program. They have a free 30 day trial you can download. So, you can use it free for a month if nothing else.

2) Download the Capture Fox Add-On

This tool is super easy to use (one of the main reasons I love it!). But, there’s not much functionality.

I’m ok with that though.

3) Shoot Your First REI Screen Capture Video

Once you’re done, post it online. And use the tips from Part 2 to maximize the reach and effectiveness of your videos.

Buying foreclosures is an extremely hot topic right now. With escalating foreclosure rates, banks are dumping properties left and right and investors are getting great deals . . . truly a win win!

You see, banks want investors buying foreclosures. They NEED to unload their inventory! Most people don’t know that for every house a bank takes back as a foreclosure, it limits the amount that the bank can lend.

And that’s how banks make money . . . by lending it out. Banks aren’t in the business of owning real estate, they’re in the business of loaning money and making interest.

Soooo, banks are very motivated to get these liabilities off their books. That’s where you, the investor, come into play . . . if you know how to navigate the foreclosure buying process.
