Re: Does PMBP really work?

Monday, December 6th, 2010

I got an email the other day with the subject line, “Does PMBP really work?.”

I get this question a lot (or some version of it).

So, to give you an answer if it’s on your mind too, check out the pics below.

This is a small collection of unsolicited emails, Facebook messages, and other online posts from real world people – just like you and me – who applied the Private Money Blueprint (PMBP) and our other training programs with success.

This is the reason I do what I do… results.  Private money gotten, deals closed, profits made.

I love it!

Check out what a few of our PMBPers had to say…

Does Private Money Blueprint Really Work?

Here are a couple Facebook updates from PMBP Platinum student Rob Russell…

This is Shannon (aka Shae) Bynes – PMBPer from our original pilot program…

My friend, JP Moses, did a post over on his blog where he asked readers what their favorite training programs are and here’s another comment from Shae…

And here are a two emails from Private Money on Demand students…

The first pic below is an email from PMBPer, Eric Blow, with an update on his private money getting progress… then a chat message showing how much moolah he’s going to make from his first rehab (a cool $25,000 bucks)…

Gotta love this next one!

Justin Wilmot - surfer dude turned real estate investor – bought and sold 4 more deals, has 3 more under construction… AND sold his boat detailing biz to move full time into real estate investing. Nice!

Check this one out… guess PMBP works even in the Philippines…

(Note: These results are not typical. Most people don’t take any action; therefore get zero results. AKA no private money)

But, if you’ll willing to put in the work by taking action, you can do it too.

… just like Ben, Christina, Eileen, Frank, Lui, Rob, Shae, Tammy, Doug, Nick, Eric, Justin, Brittany, Larry, and all the other PMBPers kicking serious butt in today’s market.

If you have a PMBP success story we don’t know about yet, toss it in the comment area.

Happy Investing!

- Patrick

Private_Money_Lending_Follow_UpYou could be leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe even millions!) on the table with your private lending prospects … IF you don’t have an effective follow up system in place.

Answer this for me …

What are you doing with your private money prospects when they say, “No” or “I’m not interested right now.”

If you’re like most people, you’ve forgotten them. You never contacted them again, right?

Well, I’ve put together a deep content tutorial that walks you through the process of setting up a follow up system that automatically stays in contact with your prospects AND builds massive credibillity and trust.

Check ‘er out over on our Private Money Blueprint blog.

And here’s the coolest thing about it …

This is ONLY Part 1 of my brand spankin’ new, deep content drenched, “P-Rid’s Private Money Millions Series” …

2009: A Year in the Life of MustKnowInvesting.com

Year in the life 2009 MustKnowInvesting.comWow! It sure is amazing how time flies, isn’t it?

Sooooo much has happened in only a year …

2009 Kicked off with the Creative Real Estate Solutions in Today’s Market Video Series, then MustKnowInvesting.com turned 1, Trevor Mauch and I launched our Private Money Blueprint System (Holy Cow! What an Undertaking!), the Battle of the REI Blogs, and MUCH MORE.

Thank goodness I decided to get my butt out of bed this past weekend and go to church. That’s where I got the idea to do this post because they put together a “year in review” video with all the highlights of 2009. So, I thought it would be really cool to do a post called …

A Year in the Life of MustKnowInvesting.com

Let’s just jump right in … here we go …

The “Creative Real Estate Solutions in Today’s Market” Video Series

We kicked off the year in January with the Creative Real Estate Solutions in Today’s Market video series (over 2 1/2 hours of solid content). It was a 5 part in depth video series on wholesaling, private money, subject tos, owner financing, and much more. And at the end of the series, we took on a very limited number of students in our mentoring program.

One of those students, Justin Wilmot, a twenty somthin’ self proclaimed surfer dude from Florida, had quite the year; he closed his first wholesale deal, locked up a million dollar credit line through a private money lender, and closed his first rehab deal. To say Justin’s life will never be the same would be quite the understatement.

How to Turn Wannabe Real Estate Investors Into Private Money Lenders

Monday, October 12th, 2009

real_estate_investing_private_moneyHave you been to your local REIA (real estate investment association) meeting before? If so, how many of those people do you think are actually investing?

I’ve found that typically, the room is split 70/30 …

70 percent (and sometimes even as high as 80% or more ) are wannabe real estate investors … they’ve never done a deal and probably never will … and ONLY …

30 percent are active investors …

What is it that you, an active or soon to be active real estate investor, could offer to these wannabe investors?

If you said, “An easy hands-off real estate investing opportunity … an opportunity where you don’t have to deal with contractors, the headaches of property management, leaky roofs, clogged toilets, the hassles that can come with home ownership … and all you have to do is stroke a check …”

… then you understand what I’m talking about!!

You see … wannabe real estate investors are perfect prospects for private money. They’re already sold on real estate investing, they’re already seeking a way to make money in real estate … all you have to do is show them how they can become a real estate investor by simply lending you money.

Here’s a question we recently got from one of our Private Money Blueprint students on the subject …

From Spinning His Wheels to Closing Big Deals: How Private Money Made it All Happen

Tuesday, October 6th, 2009

Just a few months ago, Tim Ryan was … in his own words … “spinning his wheels” trying to qualify to buy a single family house. He thought that was all he could afford.

Tim heard about a contest that Trevor Mauch and I were having when we launched our Private Money Blueprint system and submitted his entry. Tim was one of the lucky students picked (he had ZERO private money getting experience) and won a copy of our complete Private Money Blueprint system (w/ tools, scripts, action plans, templates, marketing, forms, etc.).

Check out the email below that Tim just sent us updating Trevor and I on his progress.  This is exactly why I love teaching!

Private Money Testimonial Tim Ryan

Now, if that isn’t motivating … I don’t know what is!
