Private Money Blueprint Review … (slightly biased)

Monday, June 1st, 2009

Private Money Blueprint ReviewAs you guys probably already know, I recently launched my Private Money Blueprint home study course with Trevor Mauch. I wanted to provide you with a quick review of the product. I guess you could say this review is “slightly biased” being that I wrote the course and am providing this review. BUT, it’s not really biased at all because all I’m doing is providing you with the facts . . . no hype here.

Anyway, although it was a tremendous amount of work putting it together, we’re happy that we did it. It’s kind of crazy how quickly we sold out of courses, but that just goes to show how in demand private money is these days and how every intelligent investor knows they need it.

Now more than ever, in today’s tumultuous market, real estate investors NEED private money to close deals. After talking to hundreds of investors all over the country the last few weeks, it’s obvious . . . deals are everywhere . . . the only roadblock hindering most investors is a lack of financing.

And it’s really too bad . . . because it doesn’t have to be that way. Having cash to close deals isn’t a problem for any real estate investor that knows the secrets of getting private money. Those secrets are exactly what we cover step by step in depth in the course.

The Private Money Blueprint Home Study Course Unveiled

Here’s a quick video those shows what’s included . . .

Private Money LendingIn a previous article, I discussed the . . .

3 Types of People Most Likely to Invest with You

1) People that know and trust you

These are your long term relationships . . . friends, family, etc.

2) People that know a good deal when they see one

Could be anyone whose profession is related to the real estate industry . . . real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, appraisers, etc.

3) People that know people who have given you private money

This one is pretty simple . . . referrals. This is your best source once you get people in your program that have benefited from being a private lender.

For more info, read the full article, 3 Types of People Most Likely to Invest with You.

And now for the . . .

4th Type of Person Most Likely to Give You Private Money

When I started combing through my list of private lenders that I’ve cultivated over the years, I started to see another pattern. Another type of individual that’s a good prospect for becoming a private lender.

Private Money Real Estate InvestingFinancing, Financing, Financing! That seems to be the MAJOR sticking point for real estate investors these days.

If you’re one of our regular readers, you know that we teach a great deal on how to get private money. But, I still get tons of comments from investors like . . .

= > I don’t want to ask people I know for private money . . . where should I start?

= > The people that I know with money aren’t interested in lending right now . . .

= > How can I get private money without experience as an investor and a proven track record?

= > Everyone I talk to is holding on to their cash right now. Are there really people out there lending private money in today’s market?

. . . and the list goes on and on. If you look closely at these comments, all they really are is excuses.

Private Money Real Estate Investment FinancingI get more questions about financing deals in today’s market than anything else. And specifically about getting private money . . .

Here are a some of the private money questions that I’ve received lately:

“Can you show me some of the paperwork from a sample loan?”

“If you have collateralized a property with an investor and you sell it, do you have to pay off the investor at that point? Can you hold the funds for a certain time period to try to get more property to assign as collateral?”

“Can you suggest where to find some legit private money lenders? The ones I’ve contacted wanted $250.00 non refundable just to present the project with no guarantee of getting the funds . . .”

“What do you advise are the best avenues to solicit private money?”

“Can I use your information to apply to investors that I need to invest in apartment buildings with me?”
