How To Get Private Lenders Referred To You Weekly

June 10, 2011 | By | 18 Replies More

Wouldn’t it be valuable to get fresh private lenders referred to you on a weekly basis?

Heck yeah it would!

Well, now you can… because I’m about to reveal the source that PMBPer, Rob Russell, used to get not one, not two, but 3 private lenders in a matter of months.

And best of all, you don’t need to be wealthy, earn a master’s degree, or have influential friends to take advantage of this.

To learn how to tap into this private lender referral source (just like Rob did), watch the video below…

If you have any questions, toss ’em in the comment area.

Happy Private Money Getting!

P.S. – Don’t believe you can really get private money for your deals in today’s market? Don’t take my word for it, check this out.

  1. Great idea, Patrick.

I’ve always had the best luck finding lenders while looking at the deed records for bank-owned properties that were recently purchased.  The ones that did not get a loan paid cash and are great investors to wholesale properties to.  The ones where the investor buyer got a loan will show who the lender was.  This is a great way to find private lenders that are already lending to investors locally.

Yep, looking through public records to find private lenders is a great strategy as well. Thanks for sharing.

Networking is clutch.  Gotta get out there and build relationships.  Just so individuals know, BNI is fee-based.

    Thanks, Pat!

Hey Dave, hope things are going well for ya man.

Yep, BNI does require an investment (both in their fee and in the time commitment)… but every marketing expense should be viewed as an investment.

  7. Wow, interesting.  I recently saw and old friend that invited me to her BNI group and then I watched your new video.  Hmmmm….Coincidence or What?
Yes, it is fee based, but even 1 business deal should provide an incredible ROI.

Will I be able to market (for a “Marketing Fee”, of course) to other Real Estate Buyers having trouble finding loans for their deals?
More importantly, does either module show how to make money just doing this?

    • patrickriddle says:

Ok, if I understand you correctly, are you wanting to find private money and RE investors looking for funding… and hooking them up for a fee?

If so, you’ll definitely want to get together with a legal professional who can advise you based on your biz model, area, etc.

And your 2nd question, does either module show you how to do this? Are you referencing our Private Money Blueprint system?

If so, we do not specifically teach that. We teach real estate investors how to get private money for their own deals.
