My name is Patrick Riddle, and I’m the guy behind MustKnowInvesting and the @PatrickRiddle Twitter account.

After my junior year at Clemson University in 2002, I was on break for the summer and heard real estate investing was lucrative. Sooooo, I started reading every book I could get my hands on. A couple months later, I attended a 5 day seminar in Atlanta and life as I knew it was over.

I closed on my first deal, dropped out of college, and have been a full time real estate investor ever since.

Today, I’ve closed over 127 deals, recruited over $6 Million in cash from private investors, and have experience in short sales, preforeclosures, private money, wholesaling, REOs, buying property subject to, owner financing, no money down investing, and much more.

The knowledge and experience gained is what led me to start …

Being a teacher at heart, I started this blog in January 2008.

MustKnowInvesting is all about … creative real estate investing.

There are many creative techniques and strategies that can be used to purchase real estate without your own cash … without good credit … without signing your life away … regardless of your situation, ethnicity, resources, age, or race …

Unfortunately, most beginning real estate investors never do their first deal.

Why you might ask?

>> They don’t believe that real estate can be purchased without cash or credit

>> They don’t think they can do it

>> Information overload … too much information equals not enough action
