Who the heck is Sean Flanagan again?

Well, he’s FL investor I’ve known for years who’s bought and sold nearly 400 properties, wholesaled deals, bought properties “subject to”, ran big expensive “I buy houses” TV ad campaigns, been through the biggest crash of our lives (2008)…

Today, he averages around $40K monthly doing deals and works very part time at this. Which affords he and his family a lifestyle to do as they please… and thanks to their unique tactics and strategies they’ve honed for years now, systematically taking down high-profit abandoned properties.

Why abandoned houses specifically?

Realize this:

Of the 125.8 million homes in the United States, 17.3 Million houses are empty.
That means almost 3 out of every 20 houses in the United States are sitting vacant.
So that means, for every 20 homes you walk by, ride your bicycle past, or see while driving… 3 are potential deals.
Mind blowing, I know.

And these are people know what it’s like to make over half a million a year working only 20-25 hours a week with Abandoned Properties.

That’s why I partnered with Sean & Tracey last year to uncover their little secrets behind their “hush hush methods by putting a step-by-step training we call Abandoned House Secrets training.

And in that training, they revealed a full clever-yet-simple systematic process to a small-ish real estate investors interested in learning how to duplicate their business and tap into abandoned properties as a consistent source of profits.
