    HAPPY 4th of July to you P-Rid!! That place looks gorgeous!! One of these days Dave and I are going to have to stop and visit your state! Looks like you’ll know all the best coffee places to visit and beaches to play volleyball on for sure.

    Thanks for the mid-year reminder to review where I am at!! I will schedule that in for early next week – as it is definitely time!!

    Pat,

    Buddy, you keep hanging out on Sullivans Island and I’ll have to join you for the next vid you do there! This is my fav place to hit the beach! Never been to Cafe Medley (free WIFI, huh..Good 2 know).

    I’ve been spending my weekend catching up in my biz as well as educating myself. Have spent some time with PMBP and the SIMS stuff. Also, going to check out a mobile home lead later. And you know I had to get in some chill time…went to Reds and Waters Edge on Shem Creek yesterday.

    I’d also like to highlight a grassroots political effort we all need to be a part of. Financial reform bill HR 4173 has major implications for REI, namely influencing our ability to conduct seller financing. Please read this article and contact your respective congressional leaders.
