Crab Legs, Burritos, & CASH Buyers

Friday, June 11th, 2010

I grabbed dinner with Mark Walters recently at a real estate investing conference and had to whip out the Flip Cam. Mark shared a killer tip on finding wholesale buyers, and I had to get it with ya.

Sooooo, come join us as we enjoy some delicious crab legs and burritos :-)

Now … why didn’t I think of that before?? Great idea! Thanks for sharing Mark!

Woa…………You are Marketer all the time.

Thank You, I understand the concept and is very good.

But could you tell me the website or the site said groun or gran gran tee, I don’t get it. Could you tell me please.

Is about 1 minute and 40 seconds around. when he said that.

Thank You Patrick and Thank You Mark

    Yo Victor,

When Mark suggested looking up the homes sold … he said “grantee” “grantor” …

The “grantee” is the buyer. So when you look up records of homes sold around the subject property that you want to find a buyer for, look for “grantee’s” who purchased the property all cash.

These prospects could be perfect cash buyers for your property.

Thank you Patrick keep the tips coming! Dont forget about the ghost ads as well to find buyers, they can work well in any area and give you a list of buyers for your properties.

Victor … you’re welcome. I can’t always keep up with everything but I do my best :-)

Diane … great suggestion to do ghost ads. You’re right. They are a great way to find buyers. Here’s an article with 6 ways to build your wholesale buyer’s list (one of which is doing a ghost ad) …

Wow, THE Mark Walters! I found out about this guy via Twitter. Good video, Patrick. It brings fresh ideas to a tough time in the market

Victor, I felt the same way…tough to hear. Had to play it back a few times, but eventually got it.
