5 Deadly Mistakes Real Estate Investors Make Using Social Media
In today’s post, real estate investing social media expert, Omar Burgos, shares the deadly mistakes you must avoid when using social media – Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube …
It’s very fitting that my relationship with Omar started through Social Media. He was on the lookout for a killer private money system and heard about the Private Money Blueprint through Andy Proper (btw – Andy has some awesome resources over on his real estate investing blog so make sure to check ‘em out after watching the video below).
Anyway, Omar immediately headed on over to Twitter to connect with me; that’s where our relationship started. We went from a few tweets, to a few emails, to a few phone calls, and got a chance recently to hang out together at a conference. This is how relationships are evolving online these days.
Who knows … you may meet your next wholesale buyer, your next private money lender through Twitter or Facebook.
Since I had access to a REI social media expert, I asked him if he would share some of the biggest mistakes he sees people making when using social media … and luckily for us, he was happy to.
