Hey Patrick thank for this template. I’ve been using it for sometime now. It helped drive a lot of traffic and conversion through craigslist. I even made a mistake a placed it in a market that I dont invest in.Lets just say I was able to flip leads to a few investors. $25-$75 per leads isn’t much but it adds you.

Patrick, this is a great template but I only wish it worked in my city. I know people are always complaining about this or that does not work in their city but you really have to be here to understand. I get flagged every time I use the template, try it, go to craiglist in Buffalo, NY and post it, it will get flagged everytime. nothing against the template, its great, its jut that people are NOT supportive here AT ALL, they will do anything they can to make sure you do not progress in life. try it and let me know what happens…

Hey Damon … what category on Craigslist are you posting in?

If you’re posting in the housing – real estate for sale – category, typically it will get flagged. But, if you post in the services – real estate – section, you should be good to go.

Give it try and see if that works.

I just posted an ad. Now it hasn’t gone live yet, but the picture does not display in the ad. Now, when I click on it, it goes to my website. Do you know what the problem may be? I’ve tried the craigslist image file ad before with the same problem.
