How to Squash this Common Private Money Getting Objection

Have you done this with other private money lenders?

(this is an article/video that I put together for our Private Money Blueprint students … I decided to share this with ya’ll since we covered private money in Part 4 of the “How to Become a CIA” creative real estate investing series … enjoy!)

When getting started with private money, what if one of your private money prospects asks you …

“Have you done this with other lenders? If so, could you give me a few names that I could contact?”

How would you respond to that? What would you say?

If you’re like most, you’d probably end up looking a lot like this monkey … fumble on your words … stutter a little bit … and leave your prospect with a not-so-good feeling about you and your investment program …

BUT, have no fear … Patrick’s Here!

… lol … ok, maybe that was a little much … but really …

Hey guys … I didn’t plan on making this video … BUT, yesterday after I had a chance to look in depth into Brad Wozny’s free real estate investing training … felt like I had to get this out to ya pronto!

Since day 1 of meeting Brad, he’s impressed me both personally and professionally. He reminds me of one of my good friends, Adam Witty, who is the CEO of Advantage Media Group … both are very astute organized well spoken business men.

Ok … back to the matter at hand which is … great FREE real estate investing training!

Check out my video below to see behind the curtain in Brad’s Six Figure Syndication VIP members area …

Isn’t that handwritten journal of Brad’s pretty cool?

Wholesaling Real EstateWelcome … to Part 3 of the “How to Become a CIA” creative real estate investing series … Wholesaling 101 …

(if you’re new to the series, you may want to start with the introduction)

This week, wholesaling extraordinaire, Stephani Davis of Flip this Wholesaler is gonna teach you the basics to wholesaling real estate for quick cash.

But, before I let Stephani take it away … I’d like to tell you what I like most about wholesaling real estate …

3 Things I Love About Wholesaling Real Estate

1. Little to No Risk

2. Don’t Need Your Own Cash or Good Credit (see Stephani’s video below)

3. Fastest Way to Create Cash in the Biz

Learning how to wholesale real estate … developing the skills to successfully turn a contract in to cash … is one of the most empowering things you’ll ever experience.

Think about it …  you find a great deal, you contract it, you send out an email to your buyer’s list or you make a couple phone calls … and voila … you put $3K, $5K, maybe even $10K CASH in your pocket!

What would you do with an extra $10,000 this month?

… and you didn’t have to put anything at risk, didn’t have to sign your life away, didn’t have to empty your bank account … heck, you didn’t even have to fill out an application.

If Stephani … a 30 something bartender turned wholesaler can do it …. you can too!

How to Close More Real Estate Deals Today With Less Risk

Real Estate Investing SyndicationIn today’s post, Brad Wozny shares how to do more deals with less risk through real estate investing syndication (a very unique angle to creative real estate investing i might add) …

There is a secret to successful real estate investing that most successful investors don’t want you to know. Now, the secret that I am about to reveal to you is something that is so obvious and yet it is something that few investors know about. But, before I give you this little known real estate investing secret, let me give you some background information on who I am and why you should listen to me.

I’m famous for starting a home-based real estate investment business that generated over 3.2 million dollars in equity and cash profits for my syndication partners within our first 93 days through properties we had bought, contracted or assigned.

In 26 months we had transacted over 14 million dollars worth of real estate, primarily from a laptop and BlackBerry because of the benefits of real estate investment syndication, and the use of proven business-building processes. AND, we did this with little risk.
