Creative Real Estate Investing Magazine Happy New Year! Hope your 2009 is off to a good start. I’m definitely looking forward to what’s to come this year . . . and we have some really exciting things planned for you guys over the next couple months.

Anyway, I had an article published in the December issue of Creative Real Estate Magazine and wanted to share it with you. You’ll have to buy the magazine to read my article, but there are a bunch of free articles on their website as well.
